He submitted a written quote, did all the paperwork with the city, started when he said he would, finished when he said he would, and stayed right on budget. No "hidden" extras. It's a good solid fence, built on site, versus those big box store pre-assembled panels that always have a few ugly or warped boards. He's even coming back to adjust my irrigation system so it soaks the lawn ... not the fence. When I'm ready for the paver project I will only be calling him.
