Todd was fantastic to work with! My original sprinkler company wasn’t able to fix the issue, so they recommended I give Todd a call. He was able to fit us into his schedule and came out within just a couple of days. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything repaired in no time.

Todd was friendly, punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. His workmanship was excellent—you could tell he takes pride in doing the job right. Everything was left clean, organized, and working perfectly.

I hope I don’t have any more sprinkler issues in the future, but if I do, Todd will be the first person I call. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, high-quality sprinkler repair!

We had a great experience with Dippel’s Outdoor Services LLC. Todd, the owner, came out himself to work on our sprinkler irrigation system after it stopped working. He was able to diagnose the problem and get everything up and running again quickly at a fair price.

Todd was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. We were also impressed that he took the time to clean up the work area as best he could before leaving, which we really appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely be using him again in the future. Highly recommend.

Hello. Dipoels Outdoor services had been doing work in my area over the last couple of years. I spoke to Todd, the owner, after Hurricane Milton. I was not ready for my fence replacement but got his card. I contacted Todd when I was ready to replace my fence. He set a time to come by to inspect, then emailed me a written professional estimate. I did also contact other contractors just for a base as you should always get more than one estimate. I accepted the estimate. Todd set a date for the work. He was actually ready a couple days early but I wasn’t. He did offer to help me prep but I needed to do it myself for various reasons. He adhered to my time schedule. The first and second day his helper called out. Most companies this might either make them cancel for the day or put them behind schedule. Todd worked really hard those days on his own. You don’t see the owner of too many companies these days stand by their word as well as work. Day three the helper arrived. I had already assumed they would be behind schedule. Much to my surprise I had a beautiful fence by the end of day three. My only concern was that we are a special needs home. The gate latch was just a piece that sticks out versus our old one was a handle. When he came to collect the remaining balance, he installed two handles for me at no additional cost. He cleaned up the area. There is nothing bad I could say about my experience. He was professional, nice to talk to and addressed all my questions. He also made sure not disturb the fish memorial burial site or memorial tree we have. He may not be the big guy with a huge shiny trailer full of stuff but I would choose his quality and expertise over a big trailer with new vehicle again. Thanks Todd! My fence makes me smile. I can’t wait for the timeline of the wood drying out so it can be painted. Again thanks for educating me on the proper way to take care of the new wood.

Todd installed a paver walkway and back patio to our specifications. Went thru the permit process flawlessly, suggested pavers and colors (perfect!) and installed. Job came out great! Five star installation! Professional and great to work with.

My new fence is awesome. Todd is very professional, trustworthy, and friendly too. He submitted a written quote, did all the paperwork with the city, started when he said he would, finished when he said he would, and stayed right on budget. No "hidden" extras. It's a good solid fence, built on site, versus those big box store pre-assembled panels that always have a few ugly or warped boards. He's even coming back to adjust my irrigation system so it soaks the lawn ... not the fence. When I'm ready for the paver project I will only be calling him. I have no need to shop around.

Todd and his helper did an amazing job replacing our fence that had been damaged during several hurricanes. During his estimate, he thoroughly explained what the previous company had done incorrectly and how his installation would prevent what we experienced. Pricing was very reasonable and he was able to start quickly - completing the fence in 3-4 days. Todd was onsite each day to ensure everything was completed and correct. His helper was very tidy and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding!. Todd definitely knew what was needed and how to get the job done correctly. Paid attention to the details and the damaged sections of the fence were repaired to better than new condition . Will highly recommend this company to any and all that ask. I'm very pleased with the work that was done! 💯

Repaired and set up a gate on our existing fence. His prices were more than fair and he worked quickly. Just a few hours and we got everything we needed. I would definitely hire him again. We are planning on doing some pavers with him too. Maybe a walkway.
